Additional Cardholder

    Early last month (around the 11th) I applied for my other half to become an additional cardholder on my Tesco Credit Card but i still havent heard anything from Tesco confirming they have received my application...or that anything is happening. How long does this usualy take and do i need to chase / re apply? thanks,

    I'm really sorry you haven't heard anything back on this one; it's strange as you should've received a letter to confirm what was happening with the request. I think it would be best we speak with you to look over the account and have your request actioned. Please call our credit card team on 0345 300 4278 and select option 2 for general queries; you will then be prompted for some security and then listen out for the option to speak with an advisor. I hope all gets resolved quickly!
