I recently (around Sept 24th) made a request for a chargeback due to a service paid for not received, I completed the online process, but I do not recall receiving any confirmation of this nor do I have any references numbers. Should I assume that the request failed and I should re-apply for the chargeback or is there a way of finding out the details and checking on progress? (I am reluctant to contact Tesco direct without some form of reference. Thank you

New to this. Usually try to contact by phone, but the wait is awful (completely understand why, but still a pain). Always feel it it is easier to text/email/msg, then wait for a response, rather than listen to the same music for ages or the message telling you how important your call is to them, over and over... Aaarrggghhh!!!
