Hi, I have move from UK to NZ during the lockdown. Unable to do much during these time. I am trying to update my details such as address and mobile number via mobile banking or internet banking but no success. Is there any other ways of doing this without making an international call.

The best thing is to send Tesco Bank a private message from here and ask them to assist you with this.

Complete it, click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode that Tesco Bank currently have for you.
You will receive a reply to your private message, with the appropriate response.

You can update details via Online Banking.
Please log in and at the top of the page is 'Settings'.
Click on that, then 'Personal Details', scroll down where you can 'Edit' your address and mobile number.
