My monthly energy bill was payed out of my Tesco current account and i have now closed that account and also changed energy supplier, now the first energy supplier is saying they have paid a credit into my Tesco account, can i get access to check?

Hi @jonboy77

When a payment is sent to a closed account it will bounce back as the bank will reject the payment.

Did you do a switch from Tesco Bank to your new current account?
If so, stray payments sent to your old bank account could be redirected to your new account even after you've switched under new plans put forward by the Bacs payment scheme.
