Hi,
Happy with the app, buttThe Balance Alert notification feature is not working. Whatever value I type in, it always reverts to £10.
Am I doing something wrong?

Hey @Daighton64 , we just tested this an it should let you reduce this below £10 (the default setting). Can I check if your device and app is up to date on your device and if it lets you do the same as the below image? You can access this within the account settings area then account notifications.

Hi RossM,
Thank you for your response.
As far as I can tell, my android device and app (version 4.8.0) are up to date.
I actually wanted to raise the value, not reduce it, but I've tried and can't do that either.
Can't see your Capture.PNG - tells me 'I don't have permission to access this page'
