Contacting Customer Services

    Need help, am trying to contact customer services and it says they are open Mon-Fri 8am-9pm and Sat & Sun 8am-6pm yet when I call the customer services number it says their offices are closed?! There's no online facility to chat to anyone and I need to sort out a late payment fee they have imposed on me (unfairly-I think) and I can't sort it out because despite claiming on their letter 'we are open 24 hours a day every day of the year' I beg to differ....really frustrating.
    Does anyone else have any advice other than just wait until Monday?

    You could send Tesco Bank a private message from here and ask them to look into this for you.

    Complete it, click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.

    When they've had chance to look into it they will reply to your private message.
