Current Account and Savings Account Disappeared

    I am aware that the Tesco is closing their current accounts on Nov 30th. But we got 2 more days left and my current account + savings account disappeared. Why?!! I am yet to transfer the funds to my other bank account and its frustrating to see my money is not getting displayed! I tried adding the savings account using the account number and sort code. But its not working!!

    I'm really sorry to hear this.

    The best thing is to call Tesco Customer Service on 0345 835 3353 (Current Accounts) or 0345 678 5678 (Savings Accounts).

    Alternatively you can send Tesco Bank a private message from here.
    Click on this link:
    Complete it with your message and include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    Click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.

    Please Note: If you have a balance in your current account on 30 November 2021, Tesco will post a cheque for the remaining balance to your home address.
    They'll automatically close accounts on 30 November 2021 and you won’t be able to use the account or your Debit Card after this date.
