I am using Windows 10 on a PC and cannot access the documents in document store, I have the latest Acrobat reader but the page still asks me to download which I have tried but only confirms it is already installed, I am only putting dates within a year as per instructions and I have javascript enabled. I can find the transaction by downloading as a CSV file but I need it as an official document any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

The problem is not resolved it is the internet Savings account documents I trying to access it is a joint account with my husband who can access the document store the problem appears to be that the system does not recognise that I already have the latest Acrobat reader installed
