Hi. I am having the same issue. I received my card today, have activated it, top'd up and made both a chip and pin purchase and a contactless payment.
When trying to use my card for my Tesco online grocery shopping, I receive the following error message.
We couldn’t complete your paymentPlease check your details are correct on the retailer’s payment page and try again. To find out more about the status of your card, check your account in the App or online, or call us on 0345 300 3511.
Any ideas please? The main reason I got this card was to use for my online grocery shops. I have transferred my weekly budget to it and I have a shop due on Thursday with no means to get it back.
I called the customer service line to be told I needed to make a purchase first which I have done but still no luck.
