The mobile banking app is reported as unsupported on the Galaxy Z fold 3. Is there an update that resolves this issue?

Yeah, this issue was resolved just before I stopped for Christmas holidays so didn't have a chance to respond. The devices use different size screens than we had used before, but we have now resolved this and should function on these devices as expected.
EDIT - We are aware that as of 04/03/22 this is not currently able to be downloaded from the Google Play store for this device. I will comment on this thread with any updates.
UPDATE 09/03/22 - You will now be able to download the app on this device. You may need to restart the device for this to work. -
Has anyone with a Samsung Fold3 been able to download the app? It says it is not compatible which is pretty shocking given it is the newest phone out.

I literally just posted this too before I saw this. Pretty annoying for a flagship phone to not be supported.

Hey @hrking2000 , @SeanWitham I have merged the threads around this topic so they are all in the one place. I spoke to a member of our app team and they are aware that currently this is not compatible. However, they are looking into it. When I get an update I'll let you know within this thread.

Glad I found this thread, I thought I was going crazy. I had the same issue today and ended up having a chat with customer services about it. Seems incredible that I can buy a cheap Chinese phone with an obscure chipset from a brand you've never heard of and it will install the Tesco Banking app straight out of the box yet a flagship phone from the number one selling smart phone manufacturer in the world is not supported over 3 months after it came out!? I think something has gone a little wrong here.

@RossM hi it still says it's not compatible for me

@Rogjh can I just make sure you are on the UK Google play store?
