Ryanair refund

    I have requested a refund from Ryanair as the flights were cancelled last year. We initially exchanged for a voucher which would expire end of December 2021. We were then given the option of a refund if this was not going to be used by then, which we accepted. The refund has been raised by Ryanair (so they say) and that I must contact the bank if it is not showing.
    Please can you help in this matter.

    Hi @Mikevan1, thanks for getting in touch. When we receive a refund, your current balance will update to reflect this straight away. Depending on the post date of the initial transaction, the refund may not appear as an entry in your list of recent transactions via Online Banking or the Mobile App. However, it will show on your monthly statement once it has been generated.
