I received both letters with the USER ID & PIN to download my 5 years current account transactions but both method (QR Scan or typing my transactions.tesco bank.com/app/tb) keeps taking me to a “404 Page Not Found”. I’ve tried this methods on numerous attempts but takes me to same result.

Will you be able to send me the copy via post instead as I don’t know any other way. Hope to hear a reply soon. Thanks in advance.
