Hello, We've just had a new bathroom but the toilet fitted isn't correct - they've fitted a slimline, space saver toilet - without our consent or knowledge until it was in. I have spoken to them today (fitted yesterday) & they have been completely unhelpful & have said I signed for it & that's that. The paperwork I signed (months in advance to order the items) was to agree the order of: quote "WC Pan & Cistern" & was to replace a normal standard size toilet, in the exact same spot with the same plumbing etc - there was never ANY mention of a small / space saver toilet. We are 3 adults in the household & no-one ever mentioned a space saver. Is there anything we can do ?
