I get as far as being asked to enter my title and date of birth which I do. The next page then states: We need some more details before you can apply. Please make sure there is only one address, email and contact number in your Online Banking, then try again.
Well my contact details are correct. I removed one phone number so only one remains. It still does not work. I did try phoning but that got nowhere. This is really bad. Anyone got any ideas ?
One clue may be that my surname is not a simple one but is actually part of a title and is in the format of "Bloggs of Derbyshire" instead of "Bloggs" I suspect that is what is throwing it.
