Annual Statement unavailable

    When I click on the option to download my annual statement it is saying that it cant be foundName:  2022-01-24.png

    @HarveyA @steve1985 We are aware of an issue when customers are trying to download their statements at the moment. Our IT team are aware of this and are working hard to resolve this. We hope to have it working again as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Also getting this page when trying to download monthly statement.......... TESCO, why isn't this being fixed

    Any update on this please ? Its been an issue for several days now. Might as well go back to receiving paper statements if this goes on much longer as can't rely on it.
