I am having real difficulty in finding my settlement amount to pay my loan off early. There seems nobody from Tesco bank able to give me a figure or tell me how its done. I am probably going to cancel my direct debit as I figure they will be quick enough to contact me then.

To get a settlement figure for your loan just send Tesco Bank a private message from here and request this.
