Hello.
I have tried to pay my rent, as I have been for months and years. Followed prompts to open an app during the process. The payment had come back as FAILED several times. I have tried tonight and at the end of the process there is no message at all.
As I phoned up the call centre yesterday I was told that there is a new kind of authorisation inlace and my Housing Association mus not have applied the changes to their systems so the payment will not go through. I phoned the HA but they never heard anything about the new system.
Please help me make the payment.
