Applied for a joint loan with my fiance in January (29.01.) - had a phone call to ask for my password for one of my credit files with call credit a week ago, then heard nothing more.
Is it normal to take that long ?
Tried to get an update through social media Messenger but that didn't work, so was told to ask here instead.
It would appear you can't even send them a message through your online banking. (I am an existing customer so already have online banking, but no way of sending a message through that)
