I think I read that the maximum deposit INTO my Tesco Internet Savings a/c is £10,000 per day.

Seems a strange rule!

Is that really the case, pls?

If not £10K, is there any limit?

There is no limit of how much you can deposit into your Tesco Internet Savings Account per day.

However under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if a covered deposit is unavailable because a bank, building society or credit union is unable to meet its financial obligations, depositors are repaid by a Deposit Guarantee Scheme up to a maximum of £85,000 per bank, building society or credit union. In case of joint accounts the limit of £85,000 applies to each depositor.
