Hello everyone! Jamie from the Clubcard Pay+ design team here. I am currently doing some investigating into the world of failed payments, in-particular...payments that fail due to insufficient funds.


One of the first things I am doing is digging into something we have in the app already, our ‘Low Balance’ notification.


I would love to know if you have turned on the ‘Low Balance’ notification within your settings? And if so, why? What has it helped you achieve? 🤔


I would also be very interested to hear if you have not turned the notification on, and why that is?
