Hi, I use my online banking to manage by Tesco Credit Card. Now wish to apply for an online savings account and have clicked the link on my home page. I've completed the 'form' requiring my full name, DOB and post code and then it takes me straight back to my home page? No message to say the application is being processed or advice on the next steps. So, once I'm back at the home page, what next? Or, do I have to do it the archaic way which means using the telephone, in which case what number do I phone? Please advise. Thank you.
