I bought a brand new mobile phone from Ebay five months ago. The phone stopped giving me message notifications and a ringtone. Then it would freeze with a blank screen for a minute occasionally. I've contacted the seller but had no reply. Am I covered under the consumer credit act? Lesson learned, don't buy expensive items from ebay.
