Frustrated!

    As the new rules threaten to block any number of my legitimate Tesco Credit Card transactions, I’ve been trying to install the Tesco Banking App so I can clarify I’m me. Get to the end of the process & it says I have to call Tesco Bank. The ‘call now’ button doesn’t work. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a person on the 0345 3004278 number and there is NO FACILITY to request help, just a load of useless options. I’ve reached screaming point this morning - HOW DO I GET TO TALK TO SOMEONE TO INSTALL MY APP??

    Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. I can imagine how frustrating this must be. If you call the Online Helpdesk, they'll be able to help you get the mobile app installed. You can reach them on 0345 300 3511 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help. I hope you get it all sorted.
