The new security regulations are a pain the proverbial. I don't do any form of online banking. I don't use a mobile phone. Thus the security check has to relying on an automated call to a landline. They don't ring for long enough for me to get there. This means I will probably no longer be able to use my CC.
Struggling to cancel it.
Can't do it buy phone. Queue is so long I get cut off.
Any other way ?
