Hi, About the new SCA for Authorising payments, how do I set my account to receive a passcode by SMS text only please ?

@rocket2max Hey there, thanks for getting in touch! If you have downloaded the mobile banking app then you will only be able to receive SCA notifications there. I hope this clarifies things for you.

Thanks. How about when I do not have a data connection or WiFi, I should then get an option for a text passcode ? This is the typical situation with my workplace.

@rocket2max I'm afraid that if the app is downloaded, this is the only way of approving a transaction.

Thanks. I've logged out of the App and deleted it but still don't get the text option online.
What would you suggest to have the passcode sent by sms enabled ?

@rocket2max Can you give us a call on 0345 300 3511, we need to deactivate the app so the texts start coming through.
