How do I block a pending transaction ?
I tried to buy flights online through MyTrip and they have now said the payment failed but the transaction is still showing (twice!) In Pending Transactions.
I want to make sure that they don't get processed.

Hi @Sanders17, thanks for getting in touch. Sometimes a duplicate transaction will show in your pending transactions in error when the transaction has failed online. One of the pending transactions is an authorisation and the second one is a cancellation so please don't worry about that. This should drop-off your account within 7 working days. If the duplicate doesn't drop-off your account after the 7 working days then please get in touch so we can take a closer look.
