I have been trying to use the Tesco banking app for weeks with no luck on my Samsung Galaxy S21. Every time I try to open it, it crashes. I had been using online banking fine, but just tried to buy something online which was declined. I assume this was because I can't authorise any payments via the app seeing as I can't use it (or even open it). Help please!

Hi @Joe . This does not work unfortunately, I have tried many times.

@cherelle I'm not aware of any general problems on the app just now. Does the same thing happen whilst using both WiFi and mobile data?

Yes WiFi & mobile data. If you look at the reviews on the Play Store there are loads of complaints about it so it does appear to be an app problem. The complaints go back weeks so I'm not sure why it hasn't been looked in to.

@cherelle Can you let me know a bit more about this issue? Does the app just close or do you see any particular error message?
