Hi, any update on the unable to download transactions. Can see from other posts that there is a system problem but cannot see any information about a resolution.

Hi @MARMSTRONG55, thanks for getting in touch. Our technical team are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. We don't currently have a timescale for this, but it hopefully shouldn't take too much longer. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
