Why after 5 days does a transaction still appear as pending but has also been confirmed as a payment that has gone through. Its quite a large amount and is therefore affecting my available balance. When is this likely to be removed from pending? Thanks

Hey @Cazzyj123 , if a duplicate transaction is showing in pending, this should drop off and increase your available credit again after 7 working days, provided that the merchant doesn't request the funds twice.

It has been 8 days now and it's still on there The first time is now on my current statement whilst the othe is still pending.
