We've had a few reports online from users who have been blocked from accessing the Tesco Bank Mobile Banking App, due to applications they have installed on their mobile device. To ensure our banking app is secure we prevent the use of our app when we believe that malicious or potentially harmful software is present on a device. In these instances, we will block the Mobile Banking app from working and inform customers. We review these security settings on a regular basis to ensure security and convenience. Following a recent review, the App can now coexist with ToR technology.
