Had the Tesco Bank app for long time now no longer able to access it.Tried uninstalling and then installing still no access.Any ideas anyone?

@ChristopherP . I am using iPad 3rd Gen. All it keeps saying is….’ I looks like something’s gone wrong.We can’t display your a/c details.Come back later or try again(Gen-01)

Although it may have worked on an iPad in the past, it cannot be guaranteed and although we are checking on the root cause and aim to fix the issue for you, we do recommend it is downloaded from the appropriate App/Play store and used on the supported device of Android Phone, iPhone or Apple Watch. This will give you full functionality of the services we provide via our Mobile App and ensure it looks aesthetically correct on your device.

Thank you for these replies.I have been using the Tesco Bank App on my iPad Pro for a long time but it looks like it maybe best to use it on my android phone.

@ITMA123 We have resolved the issue now and so the mobile app should now work again on your iPad. It will definitely work best on your Android phone though.
