I cant seem to find my original document which would have informed me when my promotional rate expires. Usually, this is found on statements with other providers but this doesn't seem to be the case for Tesco.

Could you tell me when my promotional rate will expire?

Hi @sargentdel, thanks for getting in touch. We provide a reminder at the top of your statement two months prior to the expiry date. If you're registered for Online Banking, you'll also receive an email reminder 21 days before it expires. If not, you'll receive a letter 21 days before.
