The interest rate of 0.86% Gross/AER (variable) is available on balances up to £1 million. This rate includes a fixed bonus of 0.61% for the first 12 months from the date the account is opened. This is on top of our standard rate of 0.25% Gross/AER (variable). After the bonus period, the Standard Interest Rate (variable) that’s available at the time will apply. Balances above £1m will receive the Standard Interest Rate of 0.25% Gross/AER (variable).

Hi @JohnShadow, thanks for getting in touch. Is this an existing Internet Saver account you opened prior to 03/05/2022?

My Inernet Saver Account was originaly set up in 2017 which is now ten times the size de to regular deposits and about to double with new deposiits imminent May 2022.
So a Tesco interest account that does not recognise ten fold deposits for this year to access any bonus, and an imminent doubling of that deposit without bonus.
Tme to transfer my Instant access account elsewhere as it does not recognise bonuses for new deposts for years 2021. and 2022. i.e. 0.25% when advertised as 0.864%
