When you thought you had changed your Direct Debit payment date do you recall how you done it? I.e. online, mobile app or by giving us a call? We can look into this for you if you give us a call on 0345 300 4278, available 24/7, or alternatively you can send @ScottW and myself a private message including your name, DOB and postcode.
