Can I get details of my loan please as I have lost my login details?

I dont have any details apart from the fact that £294.00 leaves my account every month.

Have you registered to view your account via online banking or the mobile banking app previously @jonathancain? If so, can you please log in here and select the 'I've forgotten' option beside the Username box?

When you're asked to enter the loan account details, the quickest way to retrieve your account number is by checking the direct debit reference for your loan. The account number is the last 8 digits before the forward slash and the sort code is 40-64-12. This information is also available on your welcome pack and on your statements.
