I've read instructions on how to make a balance transfer using the mobile banking app. However when I go onto the menu there is no option to make a balance transfer. Please could you advise

Verified AnswerHi @Clairalot, thanks for getting in touch. When you log into the mobile app please select 'Account management' > 'Balance transfer' > your rates will then be displayed on the next screen before continuing when any transfer. Please let me know how you get on.
