Just over two months ago I changed my payment date (by phone) to the 4th of each month and this was accepted by the operator and is the date for payment which appears on my statements. However, for the last two payments were taken from my bank account on the 30th of the preceding month, which being at the end of the month has meant my risking falling into an overdraft situation on heavy months.
How can this be resolved so as to be paid on the agreed date?
