My wife has tried but I the policy is in my name and I am currently working abroad, so unable to phone. My wife was told for myself to use this service.
I am extremely disappointed in the service I am receiving at this the present time, as I am getting one message a day. My wife's dog has passed away and we need to cancel the policy. I completely understand and agree with DPA and how you are unable to deal with my wife as the policy is in my name, but this is the only way I can contact you plus this is the service my wife has been told I can use but it seems either I can not use this service or my wife has been misinformed. Is it really so difficult to do this because it was extremely easy to set the policy up?
