Just joined, all the info suggests to get the banking App, It doesn't want to download, doesn't seem to exist?
Is it just me, or is this an ongoing problem?

@MrTwelve Is it the UK Google Play store you use? Are you using a VPN at all?

Thanks, yes, google play store, I also tried a samsung tablet, to no avail, oh, and i do not have a VPN

Yes, I am using an up to date version of the o/s phone is a few years old, same story with the tablet. (Both updated last week)
