I haven’t received my Clubcard points for my loan which i took 3 month ago

    Tooked a loan about just over 3 moth and still not received the 2000 points offer what shall i do tried to call tesco customer service but long wait is there an email where can i email them ?

    2000 Clubcard points: Additional Terms & Conditions
    Points are only available to the person named in the email when applying for a single or joint loan. The loan must be taken out to qualify for the points. If the loan is cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period no points will be awarded. For joint loans the 2,000 Clubcard points will be issued to the lead applicant only. Applications made through alternative web addresses, including price comparison websites will not be eligible for the points offer. Points will be allocated on the 30 March 2022 and will show on your next available Clubcard statement. The Tesco Clubcard Scheme is administered by Tesco Stores Limited who are responsible for fulfilling Clubcard points.
