Hi I have a fixed rate saver account which matured in 2014 - i have logged into withdraw the money. There is no option to do this - simply states "matured" only option was to drop down the "matured" section and fill our account details in but nowhere to state how much i want to withdraw etc? Does anyone know how to do this? Many thanks
