    thats just it i'm trying to reset my password as it seems not correct??????? however can't be sent to me due to the above - paragraph starting - enter one time access code & confirmed password & asked to recognise your computer this is why i want a contact telephone number to speak with a person not all this Q&A's stuff

    also my account has now been locked therefore I have NO ACCESS at all now!!!!!!!!!!

    I am in the same position luisito44! Having jumped through hoops to sign in, the system would not accept my password - now it seems it doesn't recognise my computer despite it being the one I have always used, albeit I haven't logged in for some time, I'm now logged out too and having tried their '24 hour service' several times it seems I have to wait until Monday unless I want to make a payment - which I don't. It would be nice to just have an Email form where one could just send a message! I have other on-line banking accounts and Tesco is the most user-UNfriendly!

    Sorry for the delay in responding if you're still having problems accessing your account, best to speak to our Online Banking Team on telephone 0345 300 3511 available 24/7 they can arrange to send you a temporary security number to reset your security and this will allow to allow you access to online banking.     Hi @Lyn-1 I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've had logging into your account. The computer not being recognised may be due to an update on your browser, clearing cookies or history on your computer. If you still haven't managed to log in please call the Online Banking Team on telephone 0345 300 3511 available 24/7 they can arrange to send you a temporary security number to reset your security.
