Hi, ive just purchased a item online from a camping shop, the camping shop has not given me confirmation of the purchased item and is not getting back to me. the item is showing as pending in my app and its for £80.96, can i stop the payment going through

Hi @awj46yanto, sorry to hear about this. I'm afraid we're not able to cancel a pending transaction. If this transaction goes through and you don't receive the item you've paid for then you can find all of the information you need and raise a claim here.
