I've not logged on for a while, but trying just now it it refused to let me. But I don't forget user names or passwords.
So I tried the "forgot your password?" route but the "reset" email did not come. I tried a different email address and it said that was not my email address - so it obviously did recognise the first email address but would not send an email to it. (I've checked that the address works).
So I registered as a completely new user.
Why do we have to fight with this rubbish? If Tesco want to drop people off the forum if they have not been here for a while, it would help if they would say so - but then why do they remember your email address but not use it when needed?
I'm out, closing my Tesco accounts now.
