"Unable to collect Premium" for car insurance

    You can't update your payment details online, you have to do it by phone which is possibly the least secure method available!!!!!!

    My car insurance should have automatically renewed, but a couple of hours after sending me the documents, I got another email saying "We have been unable to collect your premium, please contact us urgently."

    Well you don't make it easy do you? I have no messages in my account, there is no link in the email and I can't find how to check my payment details are correct. No phone number of course!

    Can anyone help urgently as I need to be covered.
