Hi, having looked at my online statement today I have noticed that I have been charged interest on top of an arrangement fee for a money transfer that I did.
I only did this after an email i received saying no interest to be paid on either a balance transfer or money transfer until my October 2023 statement. Could you please explain why, thank you
