WHY is there a possibility of 'sometimes when this happens'?

It is 2022, there should be zero chance of this happening. Are Tesco's not investing in systems that work?

Hi @thegordiebear, if this does happen then any fee will be automatically refunded to your account to ensure you're not charged for the credit balance refund. However, I appreciate your feedback and I'll certainly pass this on so we can try to make improvements to our systems moving forward.
