can i set up a

Fixed Rate Saver: 5 Year for my 17 year son at 3.01% Gross / AER

i know it cannot be touched for 5 years but is there not a 7 year one? or would i need to do the 5 year one then once that finishes set up a 2 year one at 2.91% Gross / AER

or must be wait until he is 18 years old
