For online purchases, I have successfully used the App to authorise payments several times. However, the last couple of times, although the Payment Authorisation screen appears when opening the App, when I hit the authorise button, and wait for the text, it never arrives. I deleted the App and reinstalled, same problem exists. Any ideas?

Ok. So this is extremely embarrassing. It turns out I got myself all confused. When hitting the Authorise button, the screen it takes me to is to input my 5 digit pin! No text message. So all I have to do is type that in, and all ok. Sorry for the “false alarm”, but hey ho, this might help someone sometime!
