Sorry, but nobody should have to wait 40 minutes to speak to customer services, not least with the world's most annoying repeating message. I get it - you don't need to repeat the same message every thirty seconds - it is infuriating and means I can't concentrate whilst on hold. Just leave some music on, and if you must have an annoying repeating message, maybe have them every few minutes, but please for God's sake sort out the **** customer service.
